1. No dead end fire lines allowed.
Fire Department Connection (FDC) can not be located on the building. Locate between
3 and 6 feet from the fire lane and within 50 feet of a fire hydrant.
3. An additional fire hydrant will be required on the west side of the property.
All portions of the building will be required to be protected by a fully automatic fire
sprinkler system.
5. A fire alarm system will be required.
