This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Family Y.M.C.A., Lot 1, Block 1, Preliminary Plat
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 9, 1997, subject to the
following conditions:
1)
Provision of a notation showing that Town Center Boulevard and Town Center
Drive have been dedicated; or, if not, dedication of these streets with the final plat
of this subdivision.
2) Compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and City Code.
3) Provision of elevations of all four sides of the proposed building.
