Isabelle Moro - Planning Comments
1. We will submit architectural elevators, materials, signs etc. to the architectural review board.
2. Landscape plans will be revised to address staffs concerns.
3. We will provide a 6' high masonry wall along the east property line behind the building and
parking area.
We are requesting a variance to the wall requirement from the end of the building to the
south property line. This area is heavily trees and is proposed to have courts, outdoor pool
and a open air chapel. Eliminating the wall will provide access to the YMCA facility and the
hike and bike trail from the adjacent Chaucer Estates while screening the building and drives.
4. The irrigation plan will be submitted with the fire landscape plans.
5. Loading, trash facilities and screening will be shown on the preliminary site plan.
6. The location of the TU transformer is shown on the utility plan near the power pole 50' south
of the northeast corner of the site.
7. Screening of rooftop mechanical equipment is shown on the elevation of the building.
Engineering Comments- Mike Martin, P.E. Assistant City Engineer

Brad Reid - Park Planning:

2. The key list on the tree survey has been revised.
