COMMENT STATUS: ~-/PRELIMINARY
The developer should be aware that this development is impacted by the Coppell Trail
System Master Plan. The proposed site plan shows the required 20' easement but
shows a 6' wide trail in the easement. This should be shown as a 12' wide trail as per
the Master Plan.
A landscape irrigation plan is required to be submitted.
The trail along the eastern edge of the property, at the shared point with the fire lane
drive, should remain in an ADA accessible condition.
