Board of Adjustment on March 2, 2000 granted a special exception to reduce the number of parking spaces required for Lot 4, subject to a maximum 4,000 square foot restaurant. 62 spaces are required, 56 spaces are being provided. 3. The note "Hatched area indicates location of new pavement" points to parking lot area, however, there are no hatched areas. 4. Need to specify location, height and types of site lighting fixtures 5. Need to show zoning district(s) on adjacent properties. 6. Need a clarification of size of lot: *Data Table on Site Plan states the size of the lot as 65,644 square feet, ·Final Plat - 65,642 square feet on face of plat, and ·65, 641 square feet in the legal description on the Final Plat. 7. Need dimensions on boundary of lot. Landscape Plan Comments: 1. Locate in the Landscape plan areas designated as perimeter, non- vehicular and interior landscaping. 2. Need dimensions on boundary of the lot and area of lot. Elevation Comments: 1. Need to provide sign locations, descriptions and elevations. 2.
