RE: Covpell Crossine Addition, Lot 4, Block 1, Final Plat and Site Plan
Dear Mr. Lam:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Crossing, Lot 4. Block 1, Final Plat and Site Plan, to
allow the development of 8,498 square foot retail building on approximately 1.5 acres of property
located at the northwest comer of S. MacArthur Boulevard and the D.A.R.T. right-of-way, were
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday. April
20, 2000, subject to the following conditions:
1) Plat being a blackline vs. a blueline print.
2) The raceway of the signage shall match the material on which it is mounted;
i.e., bronze on bdck, off-white on EFIS.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may' result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staffto include in its
agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon, Wednesdav, April 26th. Also, please
submit three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions at the same time.
