RE: Cop_~ll Family Y.M.C.A., Lot 17 Block 1. Final Plat and Site Plan
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that at last evening's City Council meeting, a decision on the Coppell
Family Y.M.C.A.. Lot 1. Block 1. Final Plat and Site Plan was tabled to its March 24th
meeting.
Revised plans will need to be submitted to the Planning Department by Wednesday, Marc~
18th, so that they may be sent to Council for review. Included in the revised plans should be
replacing the 6' trail with an 8' trail and revising the Site Plan and Elevations to comply with the
concerns expressed by Council, such as the amount of brick, signage details, full-sized
elevations, additional landscape screening should the existing trees in the southeast corner of ~he
plan die, etc.
