Final Plat and Site Plan Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Family Y,M.C.A.. Lot 1. Block 1. Final Plat and Site Plan to allow the development of a private fitness center with an indoor gymnasium, swimming pool, weight room and childcare facilities on 5.366 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Town Center Boulevard and Town Center Drive were recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 19, 1998, subject to the following recommended condition: 1. Provide a letter of approval from the Town Center Architectural Review Board. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 10, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.. We need by February 26th, 12 noon, 17 additional copies of the Final Plat, Site Plan, Building Elevations, Color reductions of the building elevations, and the Landscape Plan to forward on to Council.
