RE: Coppell Crossins, Lot 3, Block 1, Final Plat (Burger Kins)
Dear Mr. Lazaridis:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Crossing Addition, Lot 3, Block 1, Final Plat, to allow creation of
a single lot and the development of a 3,925 square foot drive-through restaurant with an indoor play area on
1.04 acres of property located along the west side of MacArthur Blvd., approximately 610' north of the
D.A.R.T. right-of-way, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, January 21, 1999, subject to the following conditions:
1. Specify all volume and page numbers of easements called out on the Final Plat.
2. All portions of the building will be within 150 feet of a fire lane.
3. Place all TU easements on the Final Plat.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 9, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staffto include in its agenda packets only those items which
accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline
for revised drawings is 12 noon, Wednesday, January 27th. Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the
revised drawing on or before that date.
The drawing which requires change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations is: Final
Plat.
