Marcie,
1. In revising the Landscape Plan for the parking lot expansion to utilize the same plant material.
I grabbed leaves and verified that the perimeter plants are Buford Hollies and that is what is reflected
in the Landscape Plan.
2. Add Cedar Elm trees to fulfill perimeter landscape requirements.
Cedar Elms were not installed per the original Landscape plan and I verified that Live Oaks are
currently in place. The revised Landscape plan shows live oaks to be installed to match the existing
parking lot.
3. Correct the number of parking spaces under Project Description to reflect 48 versus 51 spaces.
It has been marked to be 48.
4. The extension of the fire lane needs to be established by separate instrument to be filed with the
County.
When drawings are issued for a building permit it will be issued to the County as well.
5. Letter of approval from the Town Center Architect Control Committee is required.
Harry Hargrave was contacted on 9.26.01 and said he should have approval before October 9,2001.
We also added three screen trees and frosted glass, which is shown on the site plan and elevations.
