Bo~ 478 - cop Zi Re: ABQ Development Corporation Sto~ Drainage Dedication Easements Dear Mr. Doyle: We have reviewed the enclosed easement exhibits referenced above and have no objections to them. These instruments allow for the City to maintain the public drainage systems already installed across both ABQ Development Corporation's property and the CISD High School site. The general vicinity of each easement is highlighted on the attached CISD plat for your information. We recommend at this time that the City Attorney review the instruments prior to acceptance of these easements by the City Council. Also, we recommend that the Public Works Department confirm that all drainage structures located in these easements have been completed and accepted by the City. On another issue, regarding the attached letter from Teague Nell & Perkins dated May 3, 1989, we have no comments nor are we aware of any information regarding the noted revisions that are listed in that correspondence. To the best of our knowledge, the following items have been revised: Add approximately 1000 LF 6" fire line to extend fire protection to the west side of the stadium. Adjust alignment of 60" storm drain north of the north property line to avoid existing sanitary sewer manhole present in the creek. The easement for~the facility was revised accordingly. Lower 10' x 8' box culvert from Sra. 7+70 to Sta. 15+20 to accommodate developer to the east. Delete box culvert headwall at the southeast corner of the site and construct rock rip-rap transition in lieu of headwall for ease of future southerly extension of the box culvert. Item No. 1 was reviewed and approved by the City p~ior to construction. Item Nos. 2 thru 4 were reviewed and approved by the City and coordinated in the field with Steve Morton, Chief Development Inspector. To the best of our knowledge, the above represents the revisions to the plans made during construction and which were approved by City staff prior to construction of said revisions.
