Public Works does not recommend that the driveway to the new High
School be dedicated as public R.O.W. This is a private drive
created for the sole purpose of access to the High School.
Maintenance or at least the cost of maintenance should be the
responsibility of the school district.
Fire lanes could be maintained similar to any commercial
development.
Public Works feels also that this would provide the school with
some flexibilities as demonstrated by the horseshoe pavement
markings presently existing on Cowboy Drive.
