Offsite Easements
Dear Gabe:
In accordance with the request by Steve Goram, we are
submitting to your office, for review and approval, the
enclosed offsite drainage and utility easements. As with the
water and sewer drawings, these easements were originally
submitted to Steve Goram for review.
The purpose of these easements is for offsite drainage and
sewer which will be extended north of the proposed high
school through property owned by Univest Corporation. These
easements have been indicated on the drainage plans which you
reviewed February 13, 1987. Copies of these easements have
also been reviewed by Pierce-Lunsford, who are the consulting
engineers for the Coppell MUD District. They are in agreement
to have these easements dedicated to the City of Coppell as
public drainage and utility easements.
As discussed with Steve Goram, it is the City's intention to
have you review these easements. Please make note of any City
requirements in order to be acceptable for dedication as
separate instruments.
Based on the discussions I have had with both you and Steve
Goram, we will submit the Final Plat to Taryon Bowman, the
City's Senior Planning Technician, who will distribute to the
City staff for review. In addition, the final plans (with
revisions addressing City review comments) will be submitted
to Mrs. Bowman who will also distribute to staff for their
final review. At this time the drainage plans have been
reviewed by Shoree Daneshmand and your office with the water
and sewer having been reviewed by only your office.
As has been agreed in earlier meetings with the City staff, we
anticipate the grading and drainage construction to begin
before Final Plat approval. It is anticipated that this
construction will begin the week of May 18th.
