Approval of Water and Sewer Plans
Dear Steve:
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation this date regarding the
approval of the water and sewer plans for the above referenced project.
In reference to our letter of April 2, 1987, it is the City's intention to
allow the review by Ginn, Inc. (which we have received at this office) to
serve as the formal review for the City of Coppell.
Therefore, since Ginn, Inc. is acting as the consultants for the City,
their review will be all that is required. The checkprints that we have
received from Ginn, Inc. have been checked "no objections" dated March 30,
1987, and make no reference to needed revisions. As a result, it is our
understanding that the only item pending, in reference to the water and
sewer plans, is the dedication of a 20' public utility easement which was
agreed upon in your meeting at the Coppell High School on March 5, 1987,
with representatives of the School District. This easement is presently
being placed upon the final plat. The final plat, along with our final
submission of the water and sewer layout, will be submitted to the City.
One item not discussed on the phone is the status of the offsite easements
submitted to your office for review on March 17.
On behalf of the School District, your attention and cooperation in this
matter is appreciated.
