Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the above referenced plat for general
conformance to the City of Coppell ordinances and standards. The
following sets forth our comments.
1. Is zoning in place? Is it zoned SF-9? Has there been a
request for any variances?
2. Show adjoining zoning.
3. Show improvements on plat, if any.
4. Show easements, utility access and fire lanes, as applicable.
5. No construction plans have been provided.
Other than the above stated items, we have no further objections
to the plat as submitted. Should you have any questions or need
