M) SCHOOL Councilman Robertson stated that the summer recreation program will go from the middle of Sune through the middle of August. The motion carried 7-0 with Mayor Pro Tem Smothermon and Councilmen Weaver, Thomas, Morton, Cowman, Robertson and Nelson voting in favor of the motion.
