1. The following comments pertain to the Preliminary Plat document:
~. a) Volume and Page No. needs to be included on Final Plat.
~ b) Combine TU Electric and Lone Star Gas Signature linc.
-' c) Clearly delineate the floodplain line on the plat.
~'d) Add zoning designation on adjacent properties as well as on platted property.
~e) Indicated acreage in Preliminary Plat title block.
2. The following comments relate to the Site Plan and Landscape Plan:
~-'a) Indicate number of parking spaces.
~-b) Use common scale for all exhibits.

d) Indicate setb ck tooth .o on all e bits.
,/e) Why include Exhibit Al.lb in this submittal.
~ f) Can 12" Elm located in the drop-offarea of parking lot be saved?
~b~ g) There appears to be more trees on tree survey than identified, why?

i) Clearly summarize the plant material being proposed for the Aquatic Center

of the proposed sign.
m) All off-street parking spaces must be screened fro.m all abuttin~ properties and

n) All planting islands must contain at least 1 tree.
~.~ o) Provide perimeter and interior landscape calculations.
,/p) The Building Official requests that the Floor Plans are included in the next
submittal.
~, q) Bring to the February 4th DRC meeting a color board illustrating samples of
all exterior building materials and paint colors.
Note:
A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations
should not be followed when you attend the February 4th Development Review Committee
(DRC) meeting.
C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the February 4th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the
project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, February 9th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
