Provide the floodplain permit paragraph and floodplain administrator signature block. 3. A meeting needs to be held to discuss the proposed drainage plan with the City Engineering Staff. 4. Need separate instrument document for off-site 10' common access easement if this driveway is built before the adjacent property is platted.
