RE: CASE #: ZC-532 {RIVERVIEW ESTATES ADDITION)
Dear Mr. Daniel:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a zoning
change, Case #ZC-532 (Riverview Estates), was approved by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, October 8, 1991, subject to the following conditions:
1) that a flag stone or similar entrance with irrigated divider be
provided at the Sandy Lake Road entrance;
2) that a homeowners association be established to maintain common open
spaces such as landscaping, screening fences, etc.;
3) that the flood plain issue be resolved prior to final plat filing; and
4) that alleys be provided as shown on the plan
In order to prepare an ordinance for this case, you will need to amend
your site plan to reflect the conditions imposed by the City Council.
Send two corrected copies to the Planning Department for review, along
with the revised development regulations typed on an 8 1/2' X 11" sheet.
We will also need to review the Homeowners Association Agreement for
Riverview Estates Addition. Send three (3) copies to Shohre Daneshmand,
Acting City Engineer, as soon as possible, so that the plat may stay on
its current schedule.
