Dear Mr. Stewart:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Industrial Addition. Final Plat, to allow a phased
development of an office/warehouse facility totaling 600,000 square feet of space on
approximately 33 acres of property located along the north side of W. Bethel Road and 50' east of
N. Royal Lane. was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, April 20, 2000, subject to the following conditions:
1) The Volume and Page numbers being shown on the plat document.
2) Fire Department concerns being addressed at plan review'.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its
agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, Avril 26th. Also, please
submit three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions at the same time.
