RE: Coppell Middle School. West, F'mal Plat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Coppell Middle School, West,
Final Plat, to file the configuration of the present landownership of 51.8 acres of property on
property located on Wrangler Drive; west of Beltline Road, was approved by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 19, 1995. The following condition
applies:
(1) Roadway Impact Fees will have to be paid.
Since Council authorized the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the final authority on this
Final Plat, please be advised that no construction may begin until this plat has been filed with
the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months.
If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to April 19, 1996, the plat shall
be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the
requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats. I am enclosing to Robert Howman a copy
of your Final Plat -- there are some signature blocks which need to be revised. Please refer to
the samples of the signature blocks which need to appear on the Final Plat.
