Pursuant to our conversation this afternoon, we requ~t that you render an opinion as to whether or not
the City's Zoning Ordinance as it relates to site plans can be enforced on the development and
construction of school facilities.
This particular situation is occurring at the Cop~ll Middle School We, at site. which thc City used for
baseball and the Coppell Indepen~nt School District intends to utilize for baseball and aoftball with
minor modifications.
Please advise as soon as possible.
