Dear Sirs:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of Robert Howman's letter requesting removal of your plat
from the May 18 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. Since the agenda had been posted,
I could not remove the item. However, the Commission understood your intent to resubmit at
a later time and your desire not to have the plat approved at this time.
By state law Planning and Zoning Commission inaction would have resulted in approval.
Therefore, at its meeting on Thursday, May 18, 1995, the Commission disapproved Coppell
Middle School, West, Final Plat, located on Wrangler Drive. The intent of this action was to
accommodate your wishes. The action will have no affect on approval at a later date.
