Dear Taryon:
We have reviewed the above referenced project and offer the
following comments.
Lot 2 should be dedicated as public right-of-way not a
utility easement. At some later date, the City of Coppell
should follow-up with ABQ Development Corporation regarding
their dedication to facilitate Mills Lane.
We suggest the applicant, via letter correspondence, advise
what changes have been made, if any, on the final plat
(Resubmittal).
If the above items are addressed, we have no objections to the
final plat resubmitted.
