Box 478 Coppel 1, Texas 75019 3-3 o Dear Mr. Sieb: T recently met with Mr. Greg Carter, a repres~nta5ive o~ E-Systems, Inc. Pool Trust (Pool Trust), the owners of approximately 56 acres immediately adjacent to the north of my property, we discussed the alignment of Parkway Boulevard from its current intersection with Coppell Road to its future intersection with State Highway 121 (SM 12!). Mr. Carter stated that the Pool Trust is interested in identifying and geometrically fixing the location of this future intersection so that tile cit~e~ of Coppel], (;rapevine and the State Highway can make plans accordingly. It is also good for us, as property owners, to know where the SH i21 intersections will be for our future planniz~g. I have attached a blueline c :~in9 prepared by Graham Associates (Graham) dated Ma~ !99]~ (File 97161003--3) which shows Parkway Boulevard ~end]ng from its current location at Coppell Road to a;~ intersection with SH 121 where the State Highway Depastment is in the process of >:]}]ciing a high, way median cut and crossover'. This would ~ tc ?e the most logical place for the intersection, is agreement with its location as geometrically . ~ the attached Graham blueline. I am ~ ...... ~'~ agreement with a connection between Corporate Park Boulevard and Parkway Boulevard. Since i have not yet platted my property, ! will work out this location with the Pool Trust at a later date. As far as the alignment of Parkway Boulevard through my property, I am generally in agreement with that shown on the attached blueiine~ however, I would like to reserve a final decision on the ~:~metrics of the ~'oadway alignment through ~ pro~: ...~ un~il such ~ime as the property is planned for de¥{~]~..~zent or the city desires for the road to be bui]~ any que.'~.e~n~, please feel free to call.
