No Homeowners Maintenance Agreement Required
The Public Works Staff has reviewed the plats and plans for~_~/-~_ _ . ~_.
The only common areas are those 15' or tess from the back//6f the"c~Orb to the
street R.O.W., more commonly known as the Parkways. These areas are covered
in our High Grass Ordinance. It is our recommendation that no Homeowners
Maintenance Agreement is required at this time.
