Dallas County, Texas and being all of a 28.86 acre tract of land out of said
T.W. Cousy Survey. Said 59.657 acre tract being more paFticularly described
by metes ~nd bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said T.W. Cousy Survey, said point being
the northeast corner of the John E. Holland Survey, Abstract No. 614, said
point being the west. line of the T.L. Holland Survey, Abstract No. 624, said
point also being the centerline of Coppell Road (50 foot R.O.W.);
lliENCE North 88026'00'' West, along the south line of said T.W. Cousy Survey,
a ~'stance of 2,526.59 feet to a point for corner, said point being in the
e~st right-of-way line of State Highway 121 (100 foot R.O.W.);
