Dear Steve:
This letter is in response to the Design Review Comm.ittee's comments
regarding the final plat submittal for Coppell High School. The
review notes included a copy of the Homeowner's Agreement (Exhibit
A) for execution by the School District.
As discussed, this document will not be executed because of the
fact that there are no parkways or common areas on the High School
property. The entire schoo) site will be private property.
