We have reviewed the above referenced project for conformance to
City of Coppell subdivision ordinance, zoning ordinance, and
standards, and the following sets forth our comments.
A. DRAINAGE PLANS - NO OBJECTIONS
Please provide information as requested previously concerning
maintenance of the two outfalls at the north end of the
property.
Provide details as to how PVC storm drains will be connected
to RCP laterals or mains.
B. STORM DRAIN PLANS - NO OBJECTIONS
C. WATER AND SEWER PLANS - NO OBJECTIONS
