1. New and existing building must be equipped with automatic sprinkler
system per NFPA 13.
2. Knox Box(es) required. May contain electrical disconnect but must also
include access keys to building.
3. Class I or H Standpipes may be required in lieu of access roads.
4. Additional fire hydrants, installed according to City specifications required.
5. Hydrants must be in and approved prior to construction above foundation.
