Platting Comments:
1. Wrangler Drive is shown as a C4U on the Thoroughfare Plan. Therefore, 5 additional feet
of right-of-way should be dedicated to bring the total right-of-way to 70 feet.
2. Easements should be provided for the meter vaults along Wrangler Drive and along the east
side of the plat.
Developer Information Comments:
1. Roadway impact fees will be required.
