GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant representing the Coppell Independent
School District, is proposing to develop the new Coppell Middle School
on this site.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval for both the preliminary
and final plat is subject to the attached comments from the City Engineer.
