We have reviewed the above referenced project for conformance with the City
of Coppell standards, and we recommend the preliminary plat be approved con-
tingent upon satisfactory resolution of the drainage and screening wall
problems.
At this time, we are working with the engineer concerning certain items on
the construction plans. After our review, we will forward our recommendations
to you.
