1. Franchise Utility Signature Block should read as follows:

2. Fire lanes are required to have 30' inside and 54' outside radii
3. The mutual access easement to the south needs to be provided by separate instrument.
4. Given that this minor plat is being processed with a rezoning request, this plat will be
reviewed by the Planning Commission and approved by the City Council, therefore
the signature blocks need to be revised as attached.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based
on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the February Tn Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the
February 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and
defend any revision. A representative for this project is required to attend the
meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, February 12tn to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
one JPEG or Powerpoint Slide of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
The following certificate shall be placed on the Final Plat, in a manner that will
allow the filling in of the certificate by the proper party:
