PD115-CS 910221LAND EAST OF SHADOW RIDGE TO BE REZONED A developer has a contract out on the land west of Denton Tap all the way up to the Shadow Ridge Estates residences on the east side of Southern Belle. This land is currently zoned commercial and the developer will ask for the western portion of it adjacent to Southern Belle to be rezoned Single-Family-7 (minimum home square footage of 1200 sq ft). Shadow Ridge is Single-Family-9. An alley adjacent to the residences on Southern Belle is being considered. Besides entrances to the new subdivision from Denton Tap, an entrance from Plantation is being considered. The expected home builder would be Birkdale Homes.
