RE: Coppell High School~ Site Plan Amendment
Dear Buddy:
This letter is to inform you that the CopDell High School Addition, Site Plan Amendment, to
allow the construction of a band hall addition, principal's suite, dining/lecture hall, and 9th grade
classroom wing addition located at 185 W. Parkway Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on Tuesday, June 8, 1999, with the following conditions:
1)
Approval of the exterior building materials as shown on the submitted
color board.
2)
A landscape plan shall be submitted prior to building permits being issued.
Both the Leisure Services and Planning Departments shall determine that
such plan meets all City ordinance requirements.
