RE: Coooell High School, Site Plan Amendment
Dear Buddy:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell High School Addition, Site Plan Amendment, to
allow the construction of a band hall addition, principal's suite, dining/lecture hall, and 9~
grade classroom wing addition located at 185 W. Parkway Boulevard, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 20, 1999, with the
following condition:
1) Approval of the exterior building materials as shown on the submitted color board.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 8, 1999, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. We need by 12 noon, Wednesday, May 26~,
17 additional copies of the Overall Site Plan, Main Building Overall Site Plan, Building
Elevations, and the Tree Survey to forward on to Council.
