F'mal Plat Dear Dr. Couch: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Coppell Professional Final Plat, to allow the development of two one-story dental office buildings on property located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 200 feet south of Braewood Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppeil Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 1995. The following condition applies: (1) Impact fees will have to be paid. Since Council authorized the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the reviewing authority on this Final Plat, please be advised that no construction may begin until this plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months. If it has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to June 21, 1996, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats. Also, please refer to the samples of the signature blocks which need to appear on the Final Plat. S~?erely, ~.
