Dear Dr. Couch:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Coppell Professional Plaza,
Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of two one-story dental office buildings on property
located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 200 feet south of Braewood Drive,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, November 14, 1995. The following
conditions apply:
(i) Fees will have to be paid;
(2) provide verification that there are access easements to tie into the CISD property,
and
(3) provide drainage information showing flow arrows and drainage areas.
Please note that no access will be required from the south entrance of the property from White
Glove Express to the Coppell Professional Plaza.
Also, Council granted the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the final authority on your
Final Plan when it is submitted.
