RE: Coppell Professional Plaza. Preliminary Plat
Dear Dr. Couch:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Coppell Professional Plaza,
Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of two one-story dental office buildings on property
located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 200 feet south of Braewood Drive,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
October 19, 1995. The following conditions apply:
(1) Fees will have to be paid;
(2) provide verification that there are access easements to tie into the CISD property;
(3) provide drainage information showing flow arrows and drainage areas; and
(4) signage needs to conform with City requirements. The Commission encourages
the applicant to work with staff on signage in the neighborhood of no more than
60 square feet.
Please note that no access will be required from the south entrance of the property from White
Glove Express to the Coppell Professional Plaza.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 14,
1995, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
