Show square footage of all improvements on the overall site plan (concession
stand, stadium, multi-purpose building).
Furnish date when parking variance was granted and specify if it was a City
Council or Board of Adjustment action.
Proposed parking spaces must measure either 9' x 19' or 9' x 17' adjacent to a
landscaped area.
Topographic plan (2.0) and overall site plan (2.4) don't match.
Show where the press box and additional seating will occur.
Clearly show all improvements (site plan currently is difficult to read).
Indicate number of eliminated parking spaces and new parking spaces. Delineate
on the plans where the additional 25,484 sf of parking pavement is proposed.
The required landscaping and tree ratios associated with the new parking spaces
must occur in the vicinity of the new spaces. You are required 13 trees, you are
showing 9. Also, substitute the Bradford Pear with the Aristocrat Pear.
The landscaping around the new buildings is scarce.
Indicated number of total parking spaces on existing lots (with improvements in
place).
For next submittal do not submit the following exhibits: Al. 1 (Key Plan); Al. 1
(Plaque); Al.2 (multi-purpose plan); A4.1 (concession floor plan); A4.1 (tennis
court floor plan); A4.2 (grandstand plan).
Furnish on the building elevation color of all exterior building materials.
On the stadium remodel and expansion building elevation clearly show the
relationship between planned expansions and existing stadium.
Note that the maximum allowable height of any structure in a Commercial district
is 35 feet. The new stadium's height is well over 35 feet.
Specify the height of the multipurpose building on the building elevation.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the July 1st Development Review
Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the July 1st DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, July 6th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
