FINAL
Additional fire lanes and fire hydrants will be required. All portions of the buildings to
be within 150 feet of a fire lane. Fire hydrants to be spaced at no more than 300 feet on
center as measured along the fire lanes.
THE FOLLOWING IS INFORMATIONAL ONLY
a. All buildings to be equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system. Any building over
20,000 sq. ft. to be equipped with a standpipe system.
b. All buildings will be required to have an automatic fire alarm system installed and
monitored.
c. KNOX boxes will be required.
