Dear Taryon:
We have reviewed the above referenced items and offer the
following comments.
We have no objections to the zoning requested.
We have no objections to the preliminary plat, but must reiterate
the need for improvements to Bethel School Road at this time. At
the time of final platting, arrangements for either constructing
or escrowing the necessary funds for the roadway improvements
will need to be addressed. Sight distance requirements on lots
15 and 16 also will need to be addressed at that time.
