Dear Mr. Ardinger:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Country Estates, was approved unanimously by the
Coppell City Council on April 14, 1992, with the following conditions:
1) no parkin§ signs be placed along Harris Street from Brooks, north to
Bethel School Road, at the developers expense, and
2) that the applicant work with the City Engineer to resolve the
drainage and floodplain issue, before the final plat is submitted
