RE: 47 New Parking Spaces at Coppell Town Center Addition

Enclosed please find a copy of the landscape plan showing the 47 new parking spaces
being proposed at Coppell Town Center Addition, south of the Police and Courts facility.
This new parking lot will be shared with the Coppell Family YMCA. Could you kindly
forward this plan to the members of the Town Center Architectural Review Board. The
Planning and Zoning Commission on November 18, 1999 will hear this case. We would
greatly appreciate your input prior to the meeting.
