Subject: YMCA Parking Request
Clay, just to let you know, we reviewed the Y's parking request yesterday even though it was not
complete, and was actually submitted way beyond our cut-off date. We want them to remove access to
the main drive and make all traffic movements into the lot from the shown north entry. Also, it is very
important that we receive a landscape plan just as soon as possible. Curt's lettter to me stated that the I.s.
would be received "...before the regularly scheduled Planning & Zoning meeting." Because the
appearance of parking lots is sooooo important to the overall design of our Towne Center, that plan needs
to be submitted NOW. We must have time to review and comment on it prior to the Planning Commission
meeting; I need it post-haste!
At any rate, we are faxing our comments to Dowdey this morning, (I'm in Dallas 'till noon-time) and urging
them to make revisions and get the landscape plan to us just as soon as possible.
