Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: June 21, 2001
City Council Meeting: July 10, 2001
1. Add the dimensions and square footage of the expansions on the site plan
including:
· Total square footage of expansion building area.
· Square footage of expansion building area which is currently under the patio.
· Square footage of the new patio.
2. Revise Parking Calculations Table to state:
· Existing Building __ square feet
· Expansion square feet
· Total building square feet
· New Patio square feet
3. On the Elevations, please provide manufacture's specification of materials, i.e.
Acme Brick # 47, Old Colonial, and specify color of painted steel.
4. If Color Board is available, please provide.
5. Reverse the shading on all drawings, shade the expansion areas and leave the
existing areas white. The renovations to the floor plan may remain cross hatched.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the June 7th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the June 7th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, June 12t~ to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and
JPEG files of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
