Dear Mr. Gesek and Mr. Turner:
The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, September 2, 1999, and heard
your request for a variance from Sections 33-1-1 and 34-1-8(CX2)(c) of the City's Zoning
Ordinance, concerning the 6-ff. masonry screening wall and the 10-ff. landscape
requirement on the south side, for the property located in Phase Il of the Creekview
Addition, Block B, Lot 1.
The Board voted to grant your request to waive the 10-ff. perimeter landscape buffer on
the south side of the property. However, your request to waive the 6-ff. screening wall on
the east side of the property was denied by the Board.
