It appears that access to lots 15/16 & 32/33, Block C will be difficult. You should reconsider lot layout and/or inlet and manhole locations. Preliminary Utility Plans: 2. The drainage pipe that discharges at the rear of lot 10, Block C should be extended across lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 in the existing creek area and discharged at the south side of Lot 15. If this not desired, then a note should be provided on the plat indicating that the existing drainage tributary will be maintained by the Home Owners Association.
