The development is located along the State Highway 121 Bypass. b. Due to the proximity of D/FW and Love Field airports, there may be occurrences of ambient aircraft noise due to aircraft overflights. 2) Compliance with Engineering comments, attached. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 8, 1996, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. It appears that access to lots 15/16 & 32/33, Block C will be difficult. You should reconsider lot layout and/or inlet and manhole locations. Preliminary Utility Plans: 2. The drainage pipe that discharges at the rear of lot 10, Block C should be extended across lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 in the existing creek area and discharged at the south side of Lot 15. If this not desired, then a note should be provided on the plat indicating that the existing drainage tributary will be maintained by the Home Owners Association.
